At Lancel, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our luxury leather goods. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return your items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your customer account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and obtain a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, including all dust bags, authenticity cards, and protective fillers to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our workshop.
